Olson Visual helps Gazelle Bikes North America create a custom in-store display for their network of retailers across the US and Canada.
Gazelle Bikes sought a simple, modular, and customizable display solution that would work for a range of store environments. Durability and the ability to support the weight of 60+ pound e-bikes were essential.
Olson Visual built a prototype base and frame that addressed the client’s needs, offering simplicity, durability, and flexibility with the frame orientation, as well as ease of placing and replacing fabric backing elements, ideal for refreshing the look of the display with minimal cost. Olson also devised a lightbox modification for Gazelle to offer to retailers as an upgrade for a more impactful shop display. Given the constraints related to COVID, particularly travel restrictions for Gazelle sales reps and the inability to do in-person-assisted trainings or installations of the displays, having a solution that was simple enough for retailers to assemble themselves, yet still sturdy enough to support the weight of the bikes was critical. In addition, Olson provided instructional assembly videos that the client could share directly with retailers, which proved to be extremely helpful. Feedback from retailers on this particular solution has been extremely positive.
